About this program
Held in a safe and supportive environment, this program helps women work through the many layers of trauma and move beyond their trauma to reclaim their life. Through this healing process, women learn effective coping strategies and tools, build a supportive community of women with shared experiences, while also helping them to cultivate a greater sense of resilience, self-compassion and inner strength.
